Health Care Alternatives to Planned Parenthood

The following community health centers provide comprehensive health care services. Services are provided to Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, Insured, and Uninsured individuals. Patients may be eligible for services based on their family income and on a sliding fee schedule. Please see the Department of State Health Services web site for more information about the Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) program.
