40 Days for Life Spring 2011 Volunteer Diariaes, Post 4

As the spring 40 Days for Life comes to a close, the Austin Coalition for Life still wants YOU to get a glimpse into the profile of the prayer volunteers and Sidewalk Counselors who bring prayer to the abortion clinics around Austin.

From every age, race, sex, denomination, socio-economic class and background, volunteers of 40 Days for Life Austin have united because of one commonality – the desire to help and pray for women and their preborn children at risk of being hurt by abortion.

However God first called you to be a part of ending abortion, he has called you. Whatever feelings you experience before you go pray in front of the very buildings that are ending innocent human life, know that you are one of hundreds and hundreds of other Christians putting their pro-life convictions into action.

Check out this week’s installment of the Volunteer Diaries.

Their stories might be similar to yours. Find out.

Don’t forget to keep going to stand and pray between this spring 40 Days for Life and the one in the fall – abortions are still happening and your presence is still needed to help save lives!

    About Elizabeth

When God calls you to do something, woe to you if you don't answer the call! Years ago, he called me to work tirelessly to stop the killing of his precious children and the hurting of their mothers. I have been going to stand and pray in front of abortion facilities across the country since 2004, and have been sidewalk counseling since 2007.
